Payment Schedule
Option 1 – Pay in Full
- Full payment is due at registration.
Option 2 – Deposit & Balance
- $50 non-refundable registration fee due at registration.
- 25% deposit of camp fees due at registration.
- Remaining 75% balance due two weeks before camp begins.
Weekly Payment Option
- Week 1 payment due before the first day of camp.
- Future weekly payments due by Friday for the following week.
Discounts
- 10% sibling discount for each additional sibling.
- First 20 families receive 10% off weekly camp fees.

Refund Policy
The $50 registration fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made 14 days or more before camp begins receive a refund of camp fees less the registration fee. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of camp start unless approved by management.

Payment & booking
Payment is due at booking. Cash, debit, credit card and e-transfer accepted. Support services require advance booking and are subject to staff availability. Session passes are valid for 6 months. Missed sessions are non-refundable unless cancelled by Kovenant Kids.
Nut-Free Zone
Kovenant Kids is a Nut-Free Zone. Please do not bring peanuts or tree nuts into the centre. Parents must notify staff of any allergies before attendance.
